Please note that Export Floral does not offer online ordering, payment processing, or e-commerce services through this website. All orders must be placed in person at our shop, via E-mail or via telephone.

3. Orders and Substitutions:
Because flowers are a natural product, specific varieties may vary by season and availability. When you place an order by phone or in person, we will discuss any necessary substitutions to ensure your arrangement is beautiful and fresh and/or reserve the right to substitute blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, theme, and color palette of the arrangement. Our goal is always to provide the freshest, highest-quality floral design for your recipient.”

4. Privacy & Data:
We do not collect or store credit card information on this website. Any contact information provided during a phone order is used strictly for delivery and order fulfillment purposes.

5. Delivery Area & Ordering:  “We proudly provide local flower delivery to Export, Murrysville, Delmont, and surrounding areas in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Please call ahead to make sure we can deliver in the area you need and want. Please note that our website is for informational purposes; all orders must be placed and finalized via telephone to ensure accuracy and availability. Delivery fees may vary based on the destination’s distance from our shop. We do not currently offer out-of-state delivery, though we can assist and suggest ways for the customers to proceed with orders not in our delivery area.”
